LONDON DRY GIN COCKTAILS

ROSEY G&T

2 oz Wild Roots London Dry Gin

1 oz rose simple syrup

Tonic water

Rose petals, for garnish

In a a rocks glass filled with ice, combine gin and simple syrup. Top with tonic water. Stir and garnish with rose petals.

2 oz Wild Roots London Dry Gin

1 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz Cointreau

4 drops rose bitters

Shake ingredients, strain over cracked ice. Garnish with dried lime wheel and rose petals.

2 oz Wild Roots London Dry Gin

1 oz Wild Roots Peach Vodka

.75 oz blanc vermouth

1 tsp honey

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir ingredients with ice until cold, strain into glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

1.5 oz Wild Roots London Dry Gin

.5 oz St. Germain

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.25 oz strawberry simple syrup

Egg white

Shake ingredients, pour into coupe glass. Garnish with skewered strawberry or lemon twist.
